diese Nachricht erhielt ich vor wenigen Stunden aus Belem, Brasilien von einem der führenden Zierfischexporteure in diesem absolut versumpften LAND Südamerikas :

I’m not sure when we ship because yesterday IBAMA in Para cancelled all suppliers and exporters licenses… 48 companies, we are working to solve this problem and it should not take so many days, next week I think it’s solved and hopefully the boss for IBAMA in Para will be removed from his position, he abuse the power he has by his own minds and dislike the ornamental business, when he has a chance to mess up he will always do it, now the Fish Ministry and IBAMA in Brasilia will do what they can to remove him.

Bethlehem (07/06/2012) - IBAMA blocked on Wednesday (04/07) access for all companies in Pará exporters of ornamental fish to the domestic and international markets. The industry, according to Fish and Wildlife Division of the Superintendent of the organ in Para was with environmental permits invalid. The irregularity in issuing environmental permits has been discovered by IBAMA environmental analysts during an audit on the documentation submitted for export and the Federal Technical Registry (CTF). By CONAMA Resolution No. 237/97 and Complementary Law No. 140, the state environmental agency should license this type of development, yet all 43 companies had operating licenses issued by cities such as Belém, Santarém, and Altamira Itaituba. "No company was fined, but who work without regularizing its licensing by the state environmental agency may be fined, the value goes up to $ 10 million," explains Head of Supervision, Paul Maués.

Vor einem Monat habe ich auf Neuerungen rund um die IBAMA hingewiesen (https://www.l-welse.com/forum/showth...ighlight=Ibama), es scheint da ganz schön zur Sache zu gehen. Gerade jetzt wo wieder alle beliebten Welse kommen also ein neuer Dämpfer. "Next week" erscheint mir brasilianisch optimistisch, aber man wird sehen.
