Pseudacanthicus pirarara L025 trio, sex these please!

Can you help me sexing these fish?
They are about 20-25cm long, little thin (recently imported).

I really hope there is both sexes...

Pectoral and ventral fins are different.

Hi,

that fish with pointed/larger ventral has also pointed/larger pectoral fins and all the other fins are also a lot bigger even he/she isn't.
He/she is also more colorful and has longest head compared to body.

Here is very bad photo of the head shape of the largest two...
Lower fish is little bigger, but head is shorter.
