Your posts aren't offending anyone. Your intention is well-meant, but anybody should respect the brasilian law. I think the point is, do you have observed the catch of the catfishes? Who can assure the fishing area? Who has identified the L-number on site and does this person have a reliable reputation? I guess even the most experienced L-catfish expert in Germany, Ingo Seidel, can't verify the correct L-number with these pictures. I want to say, no reliable identification, no L-number. Just my 2 cents.
